November Colour on the Copper Coast

Today was a perfect day here in Co. Waterford ~ a day to soak up sun, swim in the sea and draw energy from the vibrant colour that lasted from sunrise to sunset.

          1. It is… though I think to hold a newborn child is a privilege regardless of whether they are ‘yours’ or not. The best bit is seeing my son all sparkly, besotted and befuddled by this tiny creature. 🙂

            1. What a great description of your son. Reminds me of my brother when he arrived at my apartment a few hours after the birth of his first. I’ve never seen anything like the way he was!

  1. The palette of November is a mutable thing; these views of your world capture the crisp contrast that makes the other aspects of the month all the more drab. At least, that’s the perspective we have here in Vermont and New England. By the way, is it true that you can still go for a swim in the sea at this time of the year?

    1. Hi Rich, I couldn’t agree more about the colours of November. While I like black and white photographs, I crave colour and the sunrises and sunsets of November are my times!
Yes, it’s more than possible to swim here all year round. I had a delicious swim in the sea at sunset yesterday. Waiting for the tide to sort itself out today!
