I’m so sorry you miss Dusty. I know Jean misses Sophie who was here before me. She was awful sad when she got me but I think I’ve helped her heart a bit, anyway. Love Puppy Stan.

Losing best friends, human or animal is really hard. It’s good to think of the happy times with them and I can sense that you had lots of happy times with your precious Dusty, kitty and bunny. They were lucky to have you. Lots of love, Puppy Stan

Dear Puppy Stan, Thank you for thinking of me and all the rest of us who need a hug today. Warm, soft, furry, thoughtful hugs are always welcome and appreciated.
You might have thought I had forgotten about you ‘guest lecturing’ in my class, but yesterday was the magic day. Sometimes first year students need a few weeks before they can grapple with application and abstract thinking, you know? You were warmly received, of course, because they have good manners for welcoming a guest speaker from Ireland. Afterwards, we practiced role-playing what we had learned and they wrote a brief reflection of their learning.
I will be making a post soon about it, so tell Jean (Dr. Tubridy to the students of course) to watch for it. Many thanks, Puppy Stan!
