Enjoy the Journey

I’m one of those lucky pups that gets brought places in the car.

When  I was smaller than I am now, I used to spend all my time wishing we’d get to wherever we were going. My new dogosophy is to enjoy the journey and take in all the sights as we’re going along.

It’s much more relaxing when you do it this way and you’re not sort of wishing your life away.

Hope you freewheel nicely into the weekend.

Love and Licks,

Puppy Stan

  1. Just think, Stan, if you were in the States, you would be driving from that position! I must say, though, that is an excellent profile shot of you–be sure to put that in your portfolio. You rock.

    1. Tric, are you sure you meant to write ‘mature’ and not something about ‘nature.’ I’m a bit of a thinker alright but that’s only when I know I HAVE to keep out of mischief which is awful hard. Stan

  2. Stan! You are looking particularly handsome in that photo. Being driven around is quite fun, isn’t it? Have a great weekend – it is Labour Day here this Monday. Many dogs and their parents enjoy time together outside on that day as it considered the last long weekend of the summer.

    1. Hi Paul, great to hear from you.
I don’t want to think about last long weekends of the summer. Sure, isn’t every day a summery day if you keep your heart warm?
Hope you’re having a good weekend too. Stan.

    1. Hey John, I think I kinda know what you mean. I’m not all that keen on getting older though. This is a great age ~ 2 ~ you get away with a lot and you have a lot more freedom than a tiny puppy. It’s hard to explain but I guess you get the gist. S.
