Funny how things can catch the eye!
This BIG sign in a shop window in Waterford has been playing on my mind since Sunday morning ~ and has brought me from chuckles to parenting, to economics to child-trafficking and, of course, to good old punctuation.

hah! they have too many apparently )
Hi Beth, yes, it’s a wonder I didn’t hear them playing around inside. But, it was early and I suspected they were still asleep!
Hahahahahahahaha. This is TOO good. They need to be half price before I would take any more . . . (just kidding).
You really made me smile with this, Luanne.
My kids are great, but have been very time-consuming :)!
My one is great and is also very time-consuming. How on earth did people manage to have 13 or 14 back in the day?
I have no idea! I can’t even imagine. My two mean that I am always busy!
It’s something that will baffle me always and I don’t believe that children rear each other to the extent of not needing mothers and fathers!
Well, I do think accidents happen more often that way. And I can’t believe that siblings can impart the same wisdom that parents can.
That’s funny..never saw that o e before..:)
Yeah, hard not to laugh!
Half price, are they? Ours were not on sale. In fact, a surcharge was required to get them raised.
No doubt an astronomical surcharge, Van>
Nuts, and I already paid full price for my kids – many times over!
The many times over bit resonates fully and I’m only talking in the singular!!
Ha-Ha! Funny but also (as a writer) slightly annoying…
Hi Frances, I think we have to let the chuckles outweigh the writerly annoyance on this one!
I’ll take two! Haha!
For the price of one! Great value or ….?
Still over-priced 🙂
HaHa
Friday LOL. Thank you.
You’re more than welcome! Have a great weekend.
Be careful Jean – it’s a trap! Have you ever bought goldfish? You can get them for 99 cents each – and then to take care of that $1,98 investment you have to buy $12,347.13 worth of aquarium, filters, plants, stand, food, medicine, lights, air pumps, hoses, gravel, etc, etc. Then they have babies and to keep them alive you have to buy a second aquarium and so on.
Kids are exactly the same – no matter how good the sale, it’s the cost of owning them that is debilitating. Ha!
I’ll be more than careful, Paul!!!!
