Things NOT to Do when Tired

Sunset over Tramore Bay
Tired Sun

I’ve no doubt that you all have a few Absolute Don’ts in this context.
Here are a few of mine.

1. Don’t attempt to make a sponge cake when exhausted.

2. Never, ever do battle with putting on duvet covers when wrecked.

3. Forget about finalising that job application when fatigued.

4. Be sure to stroll away from harsh words when exhaustion is in the mix.

5. Forget about washing the dog if you’re wilting and dog is dashing.

And always remember that there is no such thing as a cross baby only a tired baby!

Now over to you …

  1. With number five, it wouldn’t matter if I was as fresh as a daisy… ๐Ÿ˜‰
I’d replace it with not attempting to type on a touch screen phone… ( or type any words where one letter makes all the difference ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

  2. Don’t do bill paying when you’re exhausted as great mistakes can be made..give in to your exhaustion and go to bed, even if it’s for 40 winks…

  3. I am one tired baby, that’s for sure. Thank you for the advice. I can add to that. Maybe tired is just HOT and feels like tired. What I add is that don’t start even the smallest project because you won’t be able to finish, but will wilt right over where you stand.

  4. I love the comment about touch screens (and would raise that with ‘auto correct’) but right now I am the tired cross (grown-up) baby — maybe ready to add ‘making remodeling decisions’ into the mix — Sandy
