  1. Fall is my favorite season, waiting for the trees to change color. I love the song “Autumn Leaves” especially the piano version as the way the notes are played it sounds like leaves tumbling. I love your picture of the leaf…also watching a leaf gently float on the water going away bidding “adieu”…

  2. I remember my grand father used to sit in our sitting room and do just that. I play golf and every day I get to play I pause a number of times just to take in the trees (too many trees!) and note their changing colours.

  3. Hi Jean,

What a timely reminder. I just love Fall, it is my favorite time of year. That being said, it is also a busy time, after the long lazy days of summer. I will take time to stop and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage.

  4. What a wonderful quote… It says so much and it really speaks to me! And a fantastic image, Jean. I love the colors. Have a great week.

  5. Looks like your leaves are ahead of ours — but, our acorns are falling now like hailstones. There’s one side of my driveway where it’s NOT safe to park. (nice to catch up on blog-reading after a few days of network difficulties)

    1. I think our leaves are a bit mixed up as September delivered some great weather.
I’d love to see your acorns. A chestnut hit me on the head today on its way to the ground.
