    1. Thanks Val. I felt a bit of an intruder while at the same time totally at one with the scene. The artist wasn’t there so that got my imagination going all the more.

  1. I believe the poem is called Flanders Field…I remember it from high school..Those poppies are so pretty and they are very delicate ..we had some growing wild..

  2. What an amazing capture… and those words…This is so beautiful and unusual. I don’t think I have ever seen a painting set within ‘the scene’. You have inspired me!
