The Ultimate Winter Craft Fair ~ Gatherings from Ireland # 341

I defy anyone to find a more alluring Winter Craft Fair than that of  dynamic Tramore Art, Craft and Design  which is currently running  in the beautifully situated Coastguard Cultural Centre  here in my beloved Tramore.

Tramore Art, Craft and Design describe themselves as:

…  a group of Craftspeople, Chefs, Designers, Artists and Photographers committed to the production and sale of high quality locally produced products …

Being in their midst yesterday, I could feel their creative energy and just loved the range of produce that they bring. There is something to appeal to all the senses and this is the perfect place to buy Christmas gifts as well as garner ideas for future presents for loved ones near and far. Prices are extremely reasonable so why not treat yourself as well?

If you’re living anywhere near Tramore, be sure to come along. The Craft Fair, which  is open daily from 10.30 to 5pm runs until Sunday December 22nd. (It opens at 11am on Sunday).

Here’s a glimpse of what awaits:

    1. Sinead, you can be sure that I’ll always have time to visit craft fares in the Coastguard. Yesterday really got my Christmas into a new gear and it’s just great to see such creativity in the locality, including your wonderful photographs. My one regret was that Dad couldn’t have been there with me to enjoy them as he would be thrilled to know that he inspired your interest in photography.
As for the Coastguard, I have memories of being there when it was the Garda Station and simply love that view that it commands over our precious Tramore Bay. How fortunate we are to live in such a warm-hearted and stunningly beautiful town.
Good luck to you all with the remaining days of the Craft Fair and I know I’ll be back up there before the week is out!
